Usage of binary media types on this project for api gateway

There are some elements to consider while using this pattern, if you want to be able to serve images and/or fonts.

As it is, it only adds multipart/form-data in binary media types for the gateway. However, if the website contains images or fonts, it won't work and the client (Angular app for exemple) will not be able to interpret the returned images / fonts.

It should be at least documented to add the binary media types needed in the conf.
