The goal of the change is to switch from generating vault token from a project base path to an account-name base path. The change also extends the change to the terraform logic The change created new files suffixed with -v2 extension so existing projects are not impacted The projects who created a new account with account factory inside SDP will refer to files suffixed with -v2 extension
