Fix rendering error of the Mermaid chart

Context

The affected chart was rendering fine prior the AWS migration of Safran's Gitlab instance. As the chart contents were unchanged this points out to a regression due to a change to the Mermaid renderer engine.

Action

Modify the chart so that it renders again.
