git-revision-date-localized to reactivate

git-revision-date-localized has been desactivated due to it not functionning with "simple" python image ...

maybe we need to add git binary in it !

It worked with this image https://git.cloud.safran/safrancloud/mkdocs/mkdocs-runner (based on RedHat Python 3.9 S2I)
