DataSync agent don't support HA

DataSync deployment GCS documentation, recommend using 2 agents VM for HA purpose. But in AWS Documentation (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/datasync/latest/userguide/do-i-need-datasync-agent.html#multiple-agents), multiple agents only serve for speed up transfers

<< Using multiple agents with a location doesn't provide high availability. All the agents associated with a location must be online before you can start your transfer task. If one of the agents is offline, you can't run your task.

I propose to delete the note (or to remplace it, with this information)
