AWS CLI: handling http_proxy and issue with authenticator 6 InWebo

In the documentation to install AWS CLI, we ask users to set HTTP_PROXY variables so that AWS CLI can reach the outside. Setting those variables also other CLIs and VSCode to reach the internet through the proxy.

👉 Unfortunately, this breaks Authenticator 6 (symptom: white page or javascript error)

The issue is coming from Authenticator 6 itself (reference), and has been fixed in Authenticator 6.26+. The last Authenticator 6 release can be downloaded from inwebo: https://www.trustbuilder.com/app-downloads/earlier-versions

We must document this issue and

• Indicate this is a known issue, and unsetting HTTP(s)_PROXY environment variables will fix Authenticator, but break AWS CLI and VSCode internet connectivity
• Alternative: Provide the procedure to upgrade InWebo Authenticator

Going forward, one must work with Safran desktop team so that InWebo Authenticator gets updated for wider distribution.
