update bastion architecture

Updated the bastion documentation:

• Zone 5ab architecture
• Zone 5c archietecture
• Delete "Shared VPC" for the bastion
• change the deprecated materialx by "python/name:material.extensions.emoji.twemoji" on the mkdocs.yml file
