Default value of deletion_window_in_days not conform to p0-kms_cmk_not_scheduled_for_deletion

The default value (30) of deletion_window_in_days seems not conform to the security rule p0-kms_cmk_not_scheduled_for_deletion (7). As a result every one receive security alerts from the Cloud Security Team with this security rule.
