Enforce default value for the attribut Private_dns_enabled

The value of the attribute private_dns_enabled should be enforced to have the default configuration ready to use. For Interface VPC Endpoints the default value should be set by default to true For Gateway VPC Endpoints the default value should be set by default to false

For compatibility reasons, the attribute should still be available as an attribute of the module ; but the documentation should not mention it.
