Adding an additional filter to datas.tf in order to target subnet with tag corresponding to the Urbasec zone detailed in the variables (before only the tag environment was used as filter to match the subnet, this could lead to selecting a subnet with wrong security zone or selecting multiple subnets and cause errors)
