Enable KNN estimators in multivectors

Multivectors are good retrievers. Can we extend the scope of the package to add an estimator class that would retreive results and summarize them with a given aggregator to produce a prediciton ?

This would find applications in multiple BUs, notably for Troubleshooting usecases.
